Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup peas
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup cream
- Breadsticks to serve
Steps
- Heat butter and oil. Saute onion and carrot for 3 minutes.
- Add cauliflower, peas, stock, salt, and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Blend until smooth, return to the pot, and stir in cream.
- Simmer 2 minutes and serve with breadsticks.
