These are bite-size and perfect with ketchup or a spicy dip.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Steps
- Mix potatoes, cheese, cornflour, spices, and salt. Shape into balls.
- Roll in flour, dip in water, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry at 350F until golden.
Notes
- Chill the shaped balls for 15 minutes for firmer frying.
- Add chopped herbs for extra flavor.
