Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Rest batter 5 minutes.
- Cook on a lightly greased skillet over medium heat, 2 minutes per side.
Notes
- Do not overmix or the pancakes will be tough.
- Add blueberries or chocolate chips just before flipping.
