This is my quick lunch wrap: paneer cubes, a tangy sauce, and crunchy onions.
Ingredients
Filling
- 200 g paneer, cubed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Sauce and wrap
- 4 rotis or tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Toss paneer with spices and salt. Saute in oil until golden.
- Stir yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, pepper, and salt for the sauce.
- Warm rotis, spread sauce, add cabbage, onion, and paneer.
- Roll tightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Add a little butter to the rotis before rolling for extra softness.
- Swap cabbage for lettuce if preferred.
