These noodles come together fast and taste best right off the pan.
Ingredients
- 6 oz instant or stir-fry noodles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/3 cup matchstick carrots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Cook noodles and drain.
- Heat oil, stir-fry cabbage and carrots for 2 minutes.
- Add noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
- Toss on high heat for 2 minutes until glossy.
Notes
- Add sliced bell pepper for extra crunch.
- Use sesame oil at the end for aroma.
